Why is sustained energy important to you?
Whether I’m training others or doing my own training, I need to maintain the right energy level. The people I work with feed off my energy, so it can never be low. And when I’m training for a Spartan race, my fitness routine is intense. Energy and attitude lead to better results.
What role does protein play in your life?
It’s really important. Protein fuels a healthy metabolism and is a big part of my nutritional routine which is: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner. Protein is a must when it comes your fitness and nutritional goals.
Why is it important to have goals?
Having goals teach us the value of building off little successes. Achieving a goal gives us the confidence to move forward. To set other ones. And that gives any person the motivation to be better and better.
